Mission
Statement
The City of Eloy Parks & Recreation
Department shall strive to develop and maintain quality
parks and facilities; to preserve open/natural spaces; and
to provide recreational programs and services which will
enhance the physical, social and emotional well-being of all
residents of Eloy.
The employees of the Parks and Recreation Department have
worked diligently at creating programs that meet the diverse
needs of the community. These activities shall provide our
citizens with quality parks, facilities, and recreational
services in a safe, cost-effective manner. If there is a
specific activity/program that you would like to see
offered, please contact the Parks & Recreation Department
with your suggestions..

Summer Kool Kids Club
Offers school-aged children an opportunity to grow and
develop both socially and educationally, in a structured
classroom environment.
Activities include: Arts and crafts, games, field trips and
much more!
Days: Monday-Friday Age: Kindergarten-6th grade Must be 5
years old (verification of age may be required)
Dates: June 3 - June 28
Times: 7:00 am to 4:00 pm
Location: Curiel School Cafeteria 1000 N. Curiel Street
Fee: $20.00 per child $10.00 each additional child
Program includes: Breakfast, Lunch, Snacks, Field Trips and

Tiny Tots Adventure Land
This program is an early learning program for preschoolers
ages 3-4 aimed at preparing participants for
preschool/kindergarten. Basic social and educational skills
are developed through a variety of academic, arts and crafts
and group activities.
Days: Monday-Wednesday Age: 3-4 years old (verification of
age may be required)
Dates: June 3 - June 26
Times: 9:30 am to 12:00 pm

Children’s Ballet
Learn basic Ballet movements in a fun and nurturing

Recreation
Program Refund Policy:
A full refund will be issued if the City of Eloy Parks &
Recreation Department cancels a prepaid activity. IF A
PERSON CANCELS AFTER A SPORTS LEAGUE OR CLASS BEGINS NO
REFUNDS WILL BE GRANTED. Please allow four weeks for a
refund to be mailed to you. The Parks & Recreation
Department reserves the right to cancel, postpone, and
combine any event, sport league, or class as necessary.
Eloy After School Program
The Eloy Recreation Department offers a structured
After School Program for children
in grades preschool-6th. This program offers a
variety of activities through which developmental
goals are achieved. A well-trained, professional
staff, plan and organize unique activities to meet
the special interests of all participants.
Monday—Friday from school dismissal to 5:30 PM,
excluding holidays and special events.

Introduction to water: Under the guidance of instructors,
parents will help their children work on water adjustment,
breath control, and swimming readiness skills. An adult must
accompany the child into the water at all times.
Eloy Otters
This class provides a swim team setting that gives
children who are able to swim the length of the pool (25
yards) the opportunity to develop their swimming skills in a
fun, supportive environment. Designed for children and youth
seeking to develop advanced swimming skills, this program is
coached by experienced swimmers. Swim Team Practice starts
on May 27, 2013 10:00 am to 11:00 am and will continue
Tuesday-Friday.
Sports Registration
The Sports League introduces children to the fundamentals of
youth sports in a recreational environment, the importance
of teamwork and good sportsmanship will be emphasized
throughout practices and games.
